Episode 6 - Japan's 'Hand of God', Shinichi Fujimura

- - FRAUD - -

Shinichi Fujimura was a Japanese amateur archaeologist dubbed 'The Hand of God' by the media, for his  discoveries of increasingly older artifacts in unlikely places.

He participated in more than 180 archaeological digs, and based on his extensive discoveries the history of the Japanese Paleolithic period was extended to about 30,000 years.

Unfortunately for the Japanese history books,  Fujimura was caught burying artifacts at one of the sites,    throwing into question the results of all the digs he'd ever been involved in.
